Senior hospitality students had the opportunity to visit the Sydney Tower Buffet restaurant to tour its impressive kitchen facilities as well as to taste some amazing quality food.
 
Located high above the city in the iconic Sydney Tower, 360 Dining is a culinary experience with revolving views of Sydney's skyline.

Students had the chance to experience and observe how a commercial kitchen operates after gaining valuable experience in our own schools kitchens catering for school events and luncheons.
